Thanks for your reply, am unable to cancel my dependent appointment alone in online which is booked along with me, can you please tell me the email id which I need to send for cancellation request of only my dependant appointment, as I have only 2 weeks left for the appointment, am not sure we can cancel one person appointment or not

You can reschedule the appointment since you booked it together. Just that you might not get a date in October anymore
