Extend the Leave to Remain Visa

Hi All,

I have came to UK on 16th Dec 2002 in work permit and then I have applied on 9 July 2003 for Leave to remain as a work Premit holder in the United Kingdom which was refused without right of appeal on 19 September 2003. My wife and my son (7 Years) came to UK on Feb 2006 and we have applied together in 2011 and 2013 and both are refused. Again applied in 2015 since my son spend half of his life in UK ( More than 7 years) since he is under 18, so that have provided visa Leave to remain visa outside the Immigration rule initially for 30 months starting from April 2016 to Oct 2018 and qualify for settlement you must have completed a continuous period of at least 120 months in UK. Our visa is expiring on 17th Oct 2018 and in order to renew this, we are not sure which visa route to select. FLR, FLR (HRO),FLR(O), FLR(IR) and corresponding visa type. In Visa route under which category we will come also not sure. Can someone help us ASAP since we have less than 20 days to submit our application. And also we are eligible to submit the application via online?
