Child's BRP card delay. ANY caseworker's contact details greatly appreciated!

Post by LC_Tier2General » Mon Oct 01, 2018 11:56 am

Dear All,

We as a family of 3 applied for Tier 2 (General) extension, with myself as the main applicant and my husband and my son as dependents. We received all our documents, decision letters, passports, and my BRP card and my husband's BRP card on 30/08/2018. Unfortunately, although it has been more than 20 working days since then, my son's BRP card hasn't been delivered.

I reported this delay via Home Office online portal a few times but I haven’t been contacted by our caseworker like I was advised.

I am extremely anxious about the delay since a we as a family would desperately need to travel to our home country for an urgent familial matter. We would be utterly devastated if we can't go because of this delay.

My request is: I made a grave mistake of no longer keeping our decision letters and therefore don’t know our caseworker’s details. Could anyone please kindly share their caseworker’s name and/or contact details with me so that hopefully, through them, I can get in touch with our caseworker? If you’re willing to do so, please PM me, I would be really, really grateful!

I would also welcome any advices at all regarding our situation.

Thank you all for reading and I look forward to hearing from someone soon.

Best regards,
LC.

Always keep correspondence from HO. Especially decision letters.
Could anyone please kindly share their caseworker’s name and/or contact details with me so that hopefully, through them, I can get in touch with our caseworker?
This is NOT permitted to be posted on the forum. None of the HO staff have given permission for their names to be posted publicly.
If you’re willing to do so, please PM me, I would be really, really grateful!

Dear CR001,

Thank you so much for your response. It’s really helpful. I do realise that I made a grave mistake by not keeping the decision letters.

I’m now aware of the almost impossibility of my initial request. I’m just asking the moderators of the forum to please kindly keep my thread open for some time because any advice at all regarding our situation would be greatly welcomed!

Thanks again and best wishes,
LC.
