i want to take your advise as I have ready to submit my spouse and three children's flr fp as 10 year partner route. I just want to confirm with your immigration advise. Am I doing correct? Please please advise me. Thank you

Hi dear
My spouse and children's fp application is ready to submit. One of my friend told me my wife must submit English certificate with application. Cold you please tell me what level of English certificate should pass? And what is course name?
