Job creation requirement

Post by vvguo » Thu Oct 04, 2018 7:54 pm

Hi everyone!

I will need to extend my T1 Visa next year March. Now I have an urgent question about job creation.

My new staff is EEA nation, I offered him a position of 30 hours per week, but usually 130 hours per month. As we are a workshop, we only need him to work on the weekend for 20 hours, and weekday evening for the rest 10 hours (6pm-9pm every day). He has another job which is about 35-40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.

I am a bit confused about this situation because I couldn't find any requirement regards staff has more than one job.

Can anyone give me some ideas?

Thanks!

You don't find any information on that because it has no impact on the immigration requirements.
