ILR and 6 Penalty Points from Court

Hi , My Wife is eligible for ILR in March 1st 2019 and her visa expires on 08 April 2019. However I made a serious mistake of checking her driving skills before her exam in my car which is not insured on her and i am not eligible for teach her and we ended in getting 6 points on my driving license and she only had provision license that matter went to court, we opted to plea guilty and she received 6 points on her provisional license and paid hefty fine. We are concerned that since we have only 5 months to apply ILR will this affect us ?
