when did u send them email? also when did u apply?
EDIT usually u get updates between 11am to 12 pm same day.

I ve emailed them and got a response 40 min later saying it’s being processed and caseworker will let me know ASAP once it’s been decided.

You will get good news soon, I just checked your time line and you have had applied on 29/09/2018, if I am not mistaken.

Yeah, you’re right. They mentioned it in the email as well. I’m literally waiting for the postman literally everyday like a kid for its kinder egg. This is gotta be the most stressful wait ever haha

HO replied today saying: “Your case is now with a caseworker. If they need further information they will write to you.”

I really do not get this.. I have had no reply...neither today nor a week before..and people here seem to be getting responses. I am not sure what am I missing here...

Is that correct?
I also tried to email to this address from my work email, and it bounced back. I then emailed this address which was also shared in the forum:

In the email, I am literally just asking if I can please get an update on my application followed by providing my case ID, Name, DOB, and Address...
I have no idea why am I not getting any response when others are...

I emailed them on 15/10/18 and they replied me same day, i email they again 19/10/18 and replyed me again same day. But what they said on the email wasn't accurate, they said to me that my my application is gonna take a while to be considered that was on the 19/ 10/ 18 around 11.58am, after 10mint royal mail deliver my travel document and supporting and approval letter same day 19/10/18. So don't worry about it, if you applied around September you will get it be4 ending of October. This the email I used fingers crossed. nationalitysupportteamfmt@homeoffice.gov.uk

Congratulations on your approval. What postal method did the HO use for your travel document and approval? was it 2nd class delivery or parcel type?

Did you apply via a paper application route?

Did you send the original passport to HO?

They didn’t include any logo in my one just a plain text same as yours

Also called and visited my council (Greenwich) but they said they are not sending out any ceremony letter and what I need to do is just waiting for the HO letter....

Well i did not expect it but it was my first email to them, did u receive logo reply with ur first one email or also i noticed i applied on 1st of oct 2018 and u applied on 29th so very close so may b very similer answer without logo.

There r 3 reasons not getting any email reply back,
1,u r sending emails every 1 or 2 or 3 days ,at least wait 15 days between otherwise u will make system confuse.when u send them one it gets in que but when u send them again next day,first one has been removed,Also some case workers r fast to reply some case workers place them in a waiting list.
2,ur Email address consists some really cofusing letters or digits like 1 and I or O and 0
and so on thatsy they dont take a risk to send email .
3,ur decission letter is on the way or with postman.
thats all observation only

It can be either but I have a strong feeling it’s your approval letter. Probably that’s just how the gov departments communicate. Good luck! Let us know.

It is a standard generic email and please dont send them mails every 5 days as u can make system confuse.

Dont worry about it as email system is not replying accurate.
please see member/Discretion/posts/
who got approval and email was saying different.
Also check with member/paradoxical/
who also got decision letter.
put ur mind on rest and just waith and pray,good luck
