Not at all.. Still waiting. Checking my mailbox daily like a child waiting for a Christmas present. This is now 10 days they said a communication will be sent to me and it will take 3 weeks to receive. I have not checked my mailbox this morning though. I am tired

All you October guys are receiving your approvals where as i just received a letter to say resubmit english certificate as it was more than 2 years ago when i took it. If it was up to date i guess mine would of been arrived as well

Same situation lol..applied on 2nd October and same answer that is gonna take a while..I guess our caseworker is on long long holidays...

I hope so but i shouldnt have to take the test again as i used my b1 for settlement application 2 years ago and on the website and on the booklet you do not have to retake it if you already used it for settlement application. I have sent them a letter explaning that which they will receive tomorrow. Lets see what happens

Congrats. Seems they approved ours same day since we both applied same day too. Congrats once more. The wait can be draining but we managed to scale through. This forum have been of immense help. Goodluck to all those awaiting the outcome of their applications. All i can say is patience. As long as your documents are complete you will get approval. Mine took 84 days..Less than 3 months.

I will book private ceremony morrow as i cannot wait till Jan 2019. I need to get this done and dusted and start my 2019 on a fresh and clean slate.

So i was asked to call the coucil listed on my approval letter. I did call them on Sat and they gave me Ceremony which is for public for 08/01/2019 but i explored the option of going private just for myself which they asked me to pay £110 i think.

Yea I would have booked private ceremony as well but my ceremony is for next week which is not bad at all, i was shocked to be given next week date for the ceremony. Thanks again pal
