Divu wrote: ↑Sun Oct 28, 2018 9:54 pmHello Friends!
I am almost in the completion stage of my process but stuck with a couple of questions on the application! I was wondering if you can help me.
This is my first application under spouse visa and I am currently on Tier 2 work permit.

FLR(M) Version 07/2018 Page 12 of 79
2.3 Please indicate what stage of extension of leave you are applying for or why you are
choosing to extend your current leave in one of the above categories.
First period of leave to remain (following an initial period of entry clearance as a partner of a
settled person, or person who is in the UK with refugee leave or humanitarian protection, or
as a child of a person who has limited leave as the partner of settled person, or following an
initial period of entry clearance as a fiancé(e) or proposed civil partner of a settled person - 6
months).
You are making the first application from within the UK but have not previously had leave to
enter/remain as a partner of a settled person, or person who is in the UK with refugee leave
or humanitarian protection or a child of a person who has limited leave as the partner of a
settled person or person who is in the UK with refugee leave or humanitarian protection.
I am thinking the above one applies to me. Am I correct though? CORRECT

6.8 Add all addresses you and your sponsor have lived at in the 2 years preceding this
application if you have lived at your current address with your sponsor for less than 2 years. *This doesn't apply to you. The FLR(M) form also covers those who are submitting their 2nd application as a spouse.
- I am super confused!! Is this to show only the addresses we have lived as a couple or addresses that we both have lived individually too? We both have lived only in one address since the wedding. Before, I was living at my parents.
----
If your application is as the partner of a settled person or person who is in
the UK with refugee leave or humanitarian protection
Six items of correspondence addressed to you and your partner at the same address as
evidence that you have been living together since your last grant of leave in this category, or from the date you first started living together up to a maximum of two years. See Note 11.
There is a tick box here and I have ticked this even though I am not showing six items of correspondence. I assume that's okay. We got married only in June and been living together only since. I am showing a joint account bank statement under both our names and 3-4 more letters under my name but that's about it. I hope that is okay. *See my comment above. This isn't relevant for your first application for FLR(M)
"If you and your partner lived with relatives or friends for some or all of the period you are relying on, please provide a letter from the relative(s) and/or friend(s) confirming this."
And a letter from my father-in-law as I am living them. Fine

Please help!! Would really appreciate your guidance.
Thanks in advance again!!!
Tick it, as you will have to submit evidence of co-habitation since the date of your marriage.Divu wrote: ↑Mon Oct 29, 2018 3:12 pmHi Casa!!
Thank you for your help again.
Would you recommend I leave the correspondence question blank as I have originally ticked it? I mainly did it because it said
" or from the date you first started living together up to a maximum of two years. See Note 11."
Yeah thats what I thought!! Thanks a lotttttttttttttCasa wrote: ↑Mon Oct 29, 2018 3:14 pmTick it, as you will have to submit evidence of co-habitation since the date of your marriage.Divu wrote: ↑Mon Oct 29, 2018 3:12 pmHi Casa!!

In past there was a rule that caseworker will still accept the old Application version until next one month but not sure that whether it still exist.Divu wrote: ↑Fri Nov 09, 2018 2:53 pmWas getting ready for the post office and just realised they had updated the application form literally just today! And apparently, we have to only do a paper form if we are eligible for a waiver or that we cannot pay the fee. Crazy! Let's see what challenges lie ahead for the online application now.
Or if it is easier just not complicate things and go online can someone help with the following three questions? I am worried if they would turn the options back at me as they all sound a bit hypothetical !!!Divu wrote: ↑Sun Nov 11, 2018 3:12 pmThank You Seagul!! Would have never found this link if not for your help!
I am still a bit unclear though! It does say "If you apply on or before 29 November 2018, you can choose to use the existing service and enrol your biometric information at the Post Office or a Premium Service Centre if you’re applying for one of these routes. You’ll be told how to do this as part of your application and in your biometrics enrolment letter."
But is this just talking about existing service for biometrics? I am not sure if I can still use the paper form because under this link it says "If you are not eligible for a fee waiver you must apply online. You should read the guidance before you apply online." which was literally updated on November 9th the day I was going to submit the application.

I was so relieved and it was all in an envelope and then this happened! I have done all the student and work permit visas by myself but this is by far the most stressful application!!!
Please, can the experts help? I would love to send it off tomorrow and get on with my life. This stress is taking a toll on me slowly Apologies for the rant!
I think you can still continue to use old way.
