Application Form - PBS Dependent

Post by Sivanesan » Mon Oct 08, 2018 7:44 pm

Hi,

Thanks in advance, just wondering if someone can look at my below queries:

1. This is for my wife, applying for ILR, completed 5 years via Tier 2 ICT and then currently holding PBS dependent visa, may I know application form we should be using? is it SET(O)?

2. Is online form the best way to do it or filling up manually would be easier, just want to make sure if anyone used the online form and it is working without any issues?

3. Do I need to carry the IHS proof for £0.00 (as there is no fee for PBS dependent)?

4. By default, do I need go to NARIC to get the certificate to prove if the applicant studied outside UK?

Cordially,
Siva.

1. Set O yes.

2. Either, your choice.

3. There is no IHS payable for ILR.

4. Yes or do the B1 test. UKVI NARIC Red route and English B1 test cost the same, £150.

ILR Set (O) form category - online

Post by Sivanesan » Mon Oct 15, 2018 12:59 pm

Dear Admin,

Please can you help me with the below query?

I am applying ILR (completed 5 years) for my Wife who is currently holding PBS Dependent visa (I was on Tier 2 - ICT, now having British Passport)

While applying online, below question pops up in the beginning of the process, which one should I choose?

In which category are you applying for indefinite leave to remain? Select a category in which you are applying for indefinite leave to remain.

  • Tier 2 dependant
    Tier 2 migrant
    Retired person of independent means

Many thanks.

Tier 2 (ICT) - PBS Dependent - ILR - Required Documents

Post by Sivanesan » Tue Oct 16, 2018 11:49 pm

Hello,

This is for my wife, applying ILR, currently a PBS dependent and I am holding British Passport.

I have got my ILR via Tier 2 (ICT) and completed 5 years.

Now my wife is applying ILR using SET(O) form (online) and I am bit worried about the required documents to prove the cohabitation (of-course we are married and living together for the last 5 years).

We have got only below, are these sufficient for cohabitation proofs?
1. Council Tax (both names, 2+ years)
2. Utility Bill (both names, 2 years)
3. Tenancy Agreement (both names, 2+ years)
4. Marriage Certificate (both names)

(we have got other proofs like DVLA, NI Certificate, HMRC letters but those not consecutive, is it ok if we share those to show the addresses?)

Please note: GP Letter & Electoral Registration Confirmation isn't available for the previous address and it may take more than a calendar month to get it delivered so I can't get at the moment.

Additionally:
1. Bank stmts (individual names, 2+ years)
2. Indian Passport & BRP (Wife)
3. Naturalisation Certificate & British Passport (Husband)
4. British Birth Certificate & British Passport (Child)
5. Employer Letter & Payslips (Wife)
6. B1 Test Certificate (Wife)
7. Life in the UK (Wife)
8. Passport Photographs (Wife, 2)

Thanks.
