My husband has ILR and I am going to apply for my Tier 2 PBS Dependent Visa extension.
Both me and my husband are non-EU nationals and my husband originally came to the UK as Tier 2 ICT Long Term Staff.
I have written to ApplyOnlineE-Support[at]homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk and they have told me that I don't have to answer the question "Are you applying to join or remain with a person already in the UK?"
If I proceed with this information then my required IHS payment is 0.0 (exempt based on Visa route). Can you please confirm if this is correct and I can proceed to submit my application based on this figure of 0.0 as shown on IHS website?
Alternatively, should I enter details of my husband (who holds ILR) and put his Visa expiry date as Nov 2021 (3 years from now).
Thanks a lot for your help.
- Bank statements (4 statements, one for each of the last 4 months) showing consistent balance > £630
- Travel documents, passport and current BRP
- 2 Photos
- Current council tax bill
- IHS number, based on 3 years for husband Visa
- Will do biometrics once get notification to do that.
I am not including my marriage certificate - is that okay or do I need to include that?
