Husband wants to divorce me

Hi I was married outside of the UK . Me and my husband have 3 kids together . We were approved for the spousal visa and I have been living with our kids in the UK for 1 month now. (Previously we were in a long distance relationship )

My husband tells me he’s not happy with me and wants a divorce and he wants the kids to live here in the UK, and he tells me I will no longer be able to live in the UK . Is this true ? I don’t want the divorce , he does .
