Naturalisation Online Application - no expiry date on Permanent Residence Card

Hi there,

I'm at a loss...

I'm completing the online application for naturalisation. I'm at the stage where it's asking me for the details of my permanent residence document.

It's asking for the no, date of issue etc but also date of expiration which my card doesn't state! What do I put in the online form as I can't leave the box empty?
