Tier 2 General Visa Extension July 2019

Hi,
My Extension is due in July 19
1. What are all the supporting docs should be submitted.
2.I am planning for priority service for me alone first and for my dependents separately is it possible
3.I have already spent 4 Years . How many years of VISA i will be granted and what will be the IHS fees for how many years it has to be paid for
It would be helpful if some body answers my questions

1. It is minimal. Read the guidance notes.

2. Yes, as long as they apply before their visas expire.

3. Depends on how long your CoS is for. If 2 years then that is what you will get. You cannot hold an tier 2 General for more than 6 years. IHS depends on how long it is for, current fee is £200 per year and you have to pay for the duration of visa you are applying for. IHS is likely increasing at the end of this year.
