Supporting documents & passport not returned

Dear Home Office,

I applied for my wife Tier 2 extention and application was successful and have received BRP card.
after a week, recieved an email saying missed courier and asked to confirm the address.We did reply to that email and didn't get any response.

Sent a letter to the home office explaining documents are not received,we didn't get any response back.

Filled in your return of documents application quoting that application was successful and wanted only original documents back.

Its been more than 8 weeks still we haven't received original passport and all other original documents which were enclosed in the application.

Can you please look into this and let me know what needs to be done.
