Child British passport

Hi , my name is octavie i came inthe UK in 13 of October 2013 on the student visa , unfortunately my visa finished in December 2016 and since then I haven’t made any application .Now I have a 3 month child with a man who is French nationality but he got it after I give birth and he doesn’t live with the child so we can make a French passport for the child . So I came here to have an advice if there is any way on the bristish side to make his passport because his father has been working here for 10 years but his married .

Is he named on the child's birth certificate? When (month/year) did he acquire French citizenship? What has been his immigration status in the UK for the past few years in the UK, since his arrival into the UK?
