If it is not register with nadra and new ID or passport with husband name not issued then Get a new nikah nama with the right details and submit with the application.

I was maaried in uk later divorce on April 2017

Got married in pakistan August 2018

but i just notice that in my Nikah nama my Marital status says UNMARRIED. which i beleive should be DIVORCED

does this can creat a problem In my wife’s visa application?

It should be divorced and it was your responsibility to give correct details at the time of nikkah and your partner must be known regarding your previous marriage.

Ask the relevant authority as how to amend it and also inform to your partner about your previous marriage (if not told before).

Yes i told her before marriage about divorce but just mistake happend i did not mention to Marriage registrar.

I don't think its correction will be possible so quick which may make your existing documents more older than 28 days especially financial ones, so be careful.

If i get that corrected in November and Apply in First week of December with November payslip and bank statement also employer letter....how about that?

You can use date to date calculator to make sure that they are not older than 28 days.

For visa purposes both (original hand written Urdu version nikkah nama + Nadra/union council issued English version marriage certificate) are needed.
