Ilr dependant

Post by tejalondon » Mon Oct 29, 2018 5:09 pm

Hello,

I have recently obtained my ilr, my wife is on a pbs tier 2 dependant visa valid until oct-19. She is in the country for just over an year so far.

When it comes renewing the visa, do i need a cos letter to extend her visa in 2019. From the company that issued me with a tier 2 visa.?

The tier 2 company via which i obtained my ilr should they lose their tier 2 license , can i extend her visa in 2019 as pbs dependant extension.?

I've read news that NHS surcharge is likely to be increased to 400 per year, in light of this..should i make an application for her as ILR dependant vs extend her as pbs dependant next year...what is the cost saving here..?

Which form should we fill in for ilr dependants and pls provide with the docs reqd..?

Apologies for the long list of questions, appreciate ur patience in responding. Thanks.

Preferably apply flrm (partner of settled person) because her remaining qualifying period towards ILR as pbs dependant is far away. Try to apply in November because possibly in December the IHS increased to double. And also FLRM visa will make it easier for her to travel.
