Hi,guys! I applied for EEA family permit for my husband in Iraq on the 29th of October. I am currently a full time student in university and also work part time. I want to know if the documents i have provided will be enough? i also have paid an immigration specialist to do the covering letter and the application for me. How long does it take for the home office to get back to me and when should i contact them for an update? I hope i don't get a refusal please help!!

1. Print out of the online application form;
2. Appointment confirmation;
3. Original passport of Applicant;
4. Certified copy of the EEA national Sponsor’s passport;
5. Original marriage certificate with English translation of the Applicant and his EEA national;
6. Personal statement from the Applicant;
7. Personal statement from the EEA national Sponsor;
8. Photographs of the Applicant and the EEA national at different occasions including their wedding;
9. Evidence of regular communication via WhatsApp, snapchat and videocall;
10. Flight travel documents;
11. Immigration Housing Inspection Report;
12. Tenancy agreement;
13. First call insurance confirmation letter;
14. European health insurance card of EEA national as evidence of her Comprehensive Sickness Insurance;
15. National insurance number of the EEA national;
16. Contract of employment for EEA national;
17. NHS Payslips for EEA national;
18. Bank statements for EEA national;
19. Western Union money transfer slips;
20. proof of education documents;
21. Letter from AR (Head teacher);
23. IELTS Test report form;
24. Supporting statement from 4 friends and family and ID;
28. Letter of Authority.
