FLR(FP)

Dear All

Hope you are well.

I would really appreciate your valuable advice and suggestions.

I came to the UK in 2010 on a student visa and completed my PGD in 2012, I then went on to complete my MBA in 2013, after that I did one more PGD and my student visa lasted till June 2016, I applied Extended European Family Member Visa (EEFM) in 2016 which got refused in April 2017, I was planning to go back to Pakistan and didn't really bother to reapply until I met an English girl, we had Nikkah in December 2017 and applied FLRFP in March 2018, I kept hold of my passport until I got English marriage permission in September and after that I sent my passport to Home Office, I got married few days ago and it has been registered.

I have couple of questions and thought this forum with so many members in my situations would be able to help me.

1. What are the chances of approval despite the fact that I stayed illegal for over 10 months?

2. Is it possible that I could travel back to Pakistan and apply from there now when my marriage has been
registered? is it better to apply from Pakistan or should I stay in the UK?

Hope to hear from you very soon.

Regards
