Switching my leave to remain 10 year partner route to 5 year spouse visa

Post by exxxhlxxxg » Tue Nov 06, 2018 2:06 pm

I will trying to fill out the FLR (M) form, I am confused to tick the boxes under section 2:

2.1 Should I tick "spouse or partner of a person present and settled in the UK and the biometric immigration.

2.2 my answer is NO to is this the first time you have applied for a visa or extension of stay in on the above category with your current sponsor?

2.3 Should I tick "Second period of leave to remain (following initial grant of leave to remain as a part of a settled person?

Many thanks.
