My of my friend received concluded email today, if unsuccessful we loaded judicial review against decision as he waiting for decision

Can you tell me when your friend applied the application and when you receive the concluded email?

He has submitted application on 17 February and enrolled biometric on 23 February via vfs global mirpur just received concluded email on Friday and waiting for decision. Other application submitted on 13 January 2022 and ukvi email them to conduct telephonic interview on 22/03/2022 let's see whats outcome

We've just received an email for passport collection but there is no other email to say whether the application was issued or concluded.

Yes, Same in our case as well. No mails from UKVI, but received mail for passport collection. The visa was issued. In most of the success cases they are not sending the issued emails.

I have not yet received an email from VFS for collection, so was wondering why such a long delay (10 days since issued email and today concluded email)? Really appreciate if someone could shed some light? Super anxious.

If you received issued email from ukvisas.pleasedonotreply@fco.gov.uk then visa is confirmed In Sha Allah. Please could you confirm what is concluded email from

It is not necessary as the issued email also come from ukvisas.pleasedonotreply@fcdo.gov.uk.

My conclusion on his case is his visa will be refused as he received the 2nd email of concluded after 10 days of issued email and he haven't received his passport yet. But I can be wrong. Let's see what happens...

We received "visa application has been issued" email on 19 March 2022.

I recently spoke to UKVI customer service on phone to get an update for my parents visit visa application status as it’s been more than 6 weeks.

The person informed only limited information on phone as he have an update on his system that “I can confirm application has been concluded or a decision has been made by the home office” and asked to wait for VFS to email for collection.

I haven’t received any email from VFS yet. Any ideas guys?

Try visiting the vfs for passport collection as they are not sending any emails for collection of passport now a days

Contacted VFS - They say not to visit unless contacted by Email /Text for collection (or) courier. Recent trends looks no notification sent for visa issued or concluded, but only when sent via courier.

Not great to pay for all services, but get no notifications

I applied for visitor visa due to a business trip, all other colleague got the visa. I received email saying decision is made, however, my colleague received the same email, and another email for passport re-submission (we both kept the passports). I did not receive the passport re-submission email. Talked to TLS guy, he said that you will receive the email when the sticker is ready in Berlin, which means that my sticker is not ready - normally the sticker visa will start at the date of decision made - this made me so worried.

How long does it normally take for the email re-submission? Thank you all and good luck

I applied for visitor visa due to a business trip, all other colleague got the visa. I received email saying decision is made, however, my colleague received the same email, and another email for passport re-submission (we both kept the passports). I did not receive the passport re-submission email. Talked to TLS guy, he said that you will receive the email when the sticker is ready in Berlin, which means that my sticker is not ready - normally the sticker visa will start at the date of decision made - this made me so worried.

don't worry you will receive the passport submission email in 1 or 2 days, its normal////....
