Does this even make sense? I was working for an agency when all of a sudden they have stopped me coming into work. First time they stopped me from working was when they just found out my passport being expired. So I gave them my biometric residence permit which is a sticker in my old passport plus a residence order paper about me when my dad and mom separated. They let me work for another 2 weeks and now they're now asking me to get a biometric residence permit card which will be over £200 and takes ages for it to be processed.

Do I really need to get a biometric residence permit card even though I have the same thing but obviously not made out of plastic? Does your biometric card go invalid because your passport expired? I can't renew my passport until I'm 20 because of my birth countries rules where it states I need to bring my mom to the interview when my mom and dad are separated and can't contact her at all. Citizenship is over £1300 which I cannot afford at the moment. I don't even know what to do.
