Switching from Tier 04 Dependent to Tier 2 General

Post by shan1403 » Sun Nov 11, 2018 10:41 pm

Hello everyone,

I am a PhD and my sponsor is A-rated, I have an offer of 38+K. How many points I can have and what are my chances of getting RCoS by November/December 2018?

Also, is it really required or really advised to hire a Solicitor? Or is it okay to apply SELF? Appreciate some very prompt reply please?

Thanks and Cheers :)

No one can tell what your chances of success are. It depends if the proper process has been followed etc.

You don't need a solicitor.

See link below for calculating points.

Thank you so much for your reply. Based on the provided link, my points are:

PhD: 75 + Salary: 18 = 99. Is this correct?
