Hello Has anyone submitted his/her application of SET(M) today? Do you know if you can still book it with super priority service?

Thanks

I tried to escalate my case again today but the women told me not to call back in a month???
Last time when I escalete I received a call back saying my case is with the case worker, but no information is given. The women today says that is the only reply I will get from UVKI therefore I cant escalate again but wait?? Anyone received similar reply like this?

As someone else also noted on this forum, sadly, escalations seem to be a waste of time and effort.

Perhaps you could ask your MP to enquire on your behalf.

I would also recommend that you file an official complaint.

Hi,

I am applying for ILR with a dependant spouse, but I am unable to access the Super Property Service option before the Pay section on the online form. The only available option seems to be "Standard Service". Is the 24 hours service still available?

your response will be appreciated.
Two possibilities:

1. Systems issue: if this is the case then it should be sorted in a few hours. Try again later in the day!

2. Temporary suspension of super priority service: if this is the case - perhaps to clear the back log before they accept further applications, then is should be sorted in a few days.

I'm definitely writing the complaint now. Do you just send email or write a formal letter to them?

Hi all...
Me too silently waiting in pain every second...it’s a sensitive issue for many like me- jobs at stake, job changes at stake, travel, family, etc etc...

My in-person submission @ Manchester Library was on Sat, 24th of Nov 2018 (I only applied for myself, thought of applying for family once I get mine)...had to go all the way fm London.

Application for ILR via 5yrs Tier 2 route- 24-hrs Super (Duper) priority service.

Did escalate it three times, to which I got three e-mails within 5 working days (but all non-case specific, rather all generic).

Last escalation was yesterday...got an e-mail stating as below yesterday itself....the person (Male) who answered the call was quite astonished that a 24-hrs super priority has had no outcome as of yet, to extend he was clarifying it many times if it was Dec 24th or Nov itself !

“Thank you for contacting UKVI Contact Centre.

We aim to complete all applications within the 24-hour service standard. However, where we are not able to do this we will complete the application as quickly as possible and where delays in making the decision are not the fault of the customer, the super priority service fee will be refunded.“

1) Is anybody here who has their Biometrics done for any application in the month of November, still waiting for an outcome (rather than generic replies) ???...pls do reply...tnx.

NB: ...can’t thank this forum enough to help me and others keep going through this phase.
Hi:

I had my Sopra Steria appointment on 26th Nov 2018. I still have not heard anything from the HO. I have escalated 3 times. I was also told to not call back again and I should raise a complaint. The only e-mail I have received so far is a generic email saying that my application will be submitted within 6 months which is clearly wrong. I have submitted a complaint 10 working days ago and to date, I have not received any communications. I asked for a full refund on the super priority fee. I have been waiting for nearly 6 weeks. Total mess from HO. I will keep updating

Has this option it been available before today or has it alway been only standard service for ILR PBS?

Hi,
Despite attending super priority biometrics appointment on 22Dec my documents are not freezed, I can still still edit these and probably that's the reason my case has been decided yet. My immigration consultant have just riased a compliant with Sopra steria and got a generic reply which says that they will respond within 5 working days? I believe Sporadic freezes the documents bad send a notification to home office and then only a case worker is assigned!!
Have other applicants documents been freezed after Biometrics appointment? What else can I do- does Sopra has a contact number as well where I can escalate/complain?
I have seen couple of people whose documents also have not been frozen after biometrics- how much time does Sopra took to come back on the complaint ??
Kindly guide as this delay is killing me...
Thanks

Hi All:

I attended my biometrics appointment on 26th Nov and had not received any communications. I have called the HO for 4th time and I was told to e-mail send an e-mail to the following address:

applyonlineE-support@homeoffice.gov.uk

Has anyone less been told the same? During my last escalation on 20th Dec I was told my only option was to write a complaint which I did. I am now being told to send an e-mail to this new address. Total mess and utter confusion.

I have researched for my route which is SET(M) and for that route the super priority service is available now what I was wondering is whether they are taking that option off for certain routes now, hence I asked if the ILR PBS route had this option (super priority) before or it has always been since the begining as standard service. Upon answering this question with evidence one can make a conclusion.
Thanks

There should be a number to call in the email confirmation of appointment from Sopra Steria. I have called that a couple of times and been satisfied with the responses.

I asked them to confirm that my application had indeed been submitted and they gave me the confirmation and the exact time it was submitted on the day of the appointment.

You might find a call to them helpful.

Application for ILR from Tier 2 general, super priority service, paid £3018.20

Submission Date 19/12/2018
Acknowledgement email received 20/12/2018
Biometrics 23/12/2018, Croydon,12PM

waiting for decision...........checking emails (like idiots) every 10 mins...

PS : I can still see/change all my documents on Sopra Steria account, nothing is frozen even though its more than a week since sopra submitted my application....is this is same with you guys too ?
Hi Manish, I'm in same boat - my documents also have not been freezed after appointment on 22Dec. My consultant have raised a compliant on Sopra portal today riaisng this issue. I suspect this is the reason why there is a delay in my case as probably it's been forwarded to home office yet !!!

Called HO again. Escalated again. Was told to wait again.

It turned out that they got a wrong emails address, which might explain why I didn’t receive any emails from them.

But they do have the correct payment reference, I believe they can still find my application.

For those who didn’t receive any emails even something like generic email, it is possible that they didn’t record your email address correctly.

Yes, I have had the same woman telling me to contact on 18th Jan or complaint at the complaints email and one more email address that basically replied saying never to email again on that email address.

All is normal... we are all stuck

I think I have written to every single UKVI email address that's ever been posted on this forum...about 6 in total. I have never received a single thing from any of them apart from the usual auto-reply just after you send. Even ones I contacted a full month ago (where they promise a reply within 20 working days) have never written to me.

I wrote to Sopra Steria yesterday to get 100% confirmation that the application was submitted ok on November 30th from Premium centre London - should hopefully hear news on that. I don't foresee any issues there, but at least it's another possibility to eliminate.
