Unmarried uk inland application

Hi guys I need advice I’m on unmarried uk visa
And will be due to renewal.last time I used a
Solicitor to do it but this time I’m a bit skint. Let me describe my condition a little bit . I have leave with my unmarried partner for more than 6 years. We have 2 British children, Although we are not married she bear my surname, we have joint account, council tax for past 3. Mobile phone bills for past 3 years Doctors letters for both us for the past 3. We both work and our income is more than £18600.i have done English test,A2.my questions what form should I use if you applying for unmarried extension, is the
Form difficult fill pls guys I need advice.thanks

You should apply for a 2.5 year extension on form FLR(M).
(Casa, not CR001)
