Tier 2 Visa Need information

Hi,

I have quick question. I received an offer from an employer. Currently he is applying for COS for me but since I was on tier 2 with another employee he has to do Labour market test.

Can you please tell me how much time does it take roughly until I get COS ?

And is it possible to apply for tier 2 visa during this process because I am afraid that i might get COS after my Visa expires and i have to leave the country

You cannot complete the application without the CoS. You cannot get a CoS till the RLMT is completed. Once RLMT is completed it doesn't take long to get a CoS.

You must try and get all this done before your visa expires.
