FLR M FROM PBS DEPENDENT VISA OF SETTLED PERSON

HI ALL,

JUST WONDERING IF YOU HELP

I HAVE GOT ILR ON BASIS ON LONG RESIDENCE AND WAS ON TIER 2 VISA BEFORE THAT.

SO AS I HAVE APPLIED FOR MY WIFE VISA FAMILY MEMBER OF SETTLED PERSON FLR M AFTER MY APPROVAL.

I HAVE ATTACHED RIGHT DOCUMENTS AS I HAVE DONE ONLINE APPLICATION ON 29 SEPTEMBER AND POSTED ORIGINAL ON 8 OCTOBER 2018 .

PAYMENT AND BIO METRIC ARE DONE AND SUCCESSFULLY RECEIVED ACKNOWLEDGEMENT ON 1 OCT 2018.

BUT SINCE THEN I HAVE RECEIVED NO INFORMATION FROM HOME OFFICE AS NOW THE APPLICATION IS SEND TO SHEFFIELD.
NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT THAT THEY HAVE RECEIVED MY APPLICATION.
AS THEIR PROCESS IS 8 WEEKS AND ITS A st right forward case i am still confused and frustrated as i have not heard from them anything.

pls help me if somebody have same experience.

i have tried ringing them but they says the application is not ready yet.

pls can any guru shed some light what was gone wrong as i have check FLR M timelines ,people applied after 29 September have got visa.

pls help what i need to do.......
