Will my Caution effect my wife's application

Hello I am very worried. Basically six months ago I got a caution regarding a sexual thing I have done. I am very ashamed on what I done. Will the caution effect my wife application on coming to the UK. I didn't needed to go court or anything else

Please help :cry:
