Query on ILR dependent--SET(O) form

Hello all,

Hope you can help me on the questions I came through while filling the on-line SET(O) form.

My partner already have the ILR granted on 5 year route(Tier 2 General), and now I want to apply for myself and the child.We are on Tier-2 dependent visa.Please verify the following ones.

1. The initial Tier-2 dependent visa was issued on 13/Mar/2014, and we came to UK on 02/May/2014. I hope based on the visa issue date, we should be eligible to apply prior to 28 days around 14th/15th Feb on-wards.

2. "Select a category in which you are applying for indefinite leave to Remain"--Tier 2 dependent

3. I can also add my child in the same application( myself-Applicant 1 and child-Applicant 2)

3. "When did you first enter the UK"? I think as it says its the entry to UK date. So where should I mention the visa-issue date as my application is based on 5 years from Visa issue date.

4. "What is the ownership status of your home"? Its a rented home, but my partner pays the rent. Should I mention "Live with Family" or "I rent it"

5. For the co-habitation , I am providing the utility bills and council tax bills which has both of our names.I am not working and financially dependent on my partner. so for the following ones

"Is the account with a bank or utility company for which you have supplied information and supporting documentation held jointly by you and other people"--->Yes ( on utility bills both our names appear)

"Does the account with the bank or utility company for which you have supplied information and supporting documentation relate to another person who is to provide you financial support?"
Should this also marked "Yes", as my partner pays all the bills

6 .Any additional documents should I provide for the child as well?

7.Does my partner bank-statement also needs to be uploaded ?

4. "What is the ownership status of your home"? Its a rented home, but my partner pays the rent. Should I mention "Live with Family" or "I rent it" I think any would do. Better “live with family”

7.Does my partner bank-statement also needs to be uploaded ?Its good to provide as to show he can sustain you and family as you are dependent on him. No maintanence requirement but I would personally send statements.

What’s the answer to above ? Is the other person refer to my partner or some 3rd party ?

Yes the child was born in India ? So apart from birth certificate anything else required ?

What’s the answer to above ? Is the other person refer to my partner or some 3rd party ? As you are financially dependent on your husband so will be yes

Shouldn't it be up to 28 days before 02-May-2014?

No, its calculated from visa issue date now.
