Late payment council tax

I have paid my council tax late which resulted in me receiving a summons. I then paid the whole year in full. Do I need to declare this under the ‘good character ‘ section ?

I have run a ‘trust online ‘ report and my name is clear. So makes me think I don’t need to declare but would like comments from those with experience
