I have booked my biometric enrollment appointment online using the link provided by Home office at the end of my EU-settlement scheme application. I have booked at HAMMERSMITH station by paying 60GBP. On arrival, I have been informed I have booked for BRP replacement, not for Biometric enrolment and they've advised me to call on their premium helpline number after numerous calls and sharing my details with resolution centre I have been informed they had a misunderstanding. I am still struggling to book another appointment but they hang up after the first 2 minutes of the call.
I urge every member to share their experience so a lot of other applicants can avoid the hassle and save their time plus money.
