Missed information into online Naturalisation Application

Hi Guys,

I have submitted online application for naturalisation last week.
There is a question " Have you made any previous immigration application in the UK or abroad"
I have put all previous application names but missed one application name which i made to them previously.

Q- Would it be any problem for this missed information If I wont provide them ?

Q- Shall I send a letter with application name to UKVA ?

Q- Or shall I write a letter and upload on sopra site along with other documents before my fingure prints appointment ?
Would it be enough ?
Case worker will get this info while downloading other documents ?

Q- My Sopra upload account is still active, is it normal ?

I have used a credit card of GBP 5000, but paying minimum payment as DD is there from start.
I also have a Tax liability of GBP 3,000.00 as a director of a company, but have arranged a payment plan with HMRC.

Would you please advice me on this
Would this debt effect my application ?
