Right of retention

Hi guys. I got married in sep 2015 and since then my case was in the appeal. I lost in both tribunals and no right to appeal came. My solicitor filed new application and again they refused in both tribunals.
My marriage is completed almost 4 years. Can i apply retained right of retention after getting divorced.

What are all the refusal reasons?

What is your UK immigration history?

What date did you marry and was it in the UK?

Has your spouse been exercising treaty rights the whole time?
