Rare and Weird case of HSMP....your thoughts requred!!

Post by maniyo » Thu Jul 10, 2008 5:37 pm

I applied for HSMP application against the qualifying criteria – under 28 in March 2006 from India. I received reply from Home office dated 11th may 2006 stating that my application had been refused as I don't have 4 years graduate level work experience.

With reference to refusal letter I applied for first review and second review with detail explanation how I am eligible for minimum 35 points in Work Experience section but on both the occasions I got the reply from home office stating that decision of awarding me 25 points in work experience is correct.

I wasn't satisfied with the review answers and explanation as I clearly have more than 4 years experience hence I complaint to WPUK complaint team through email on 22.02.2008 and on the basis of same complaint and exceptional review I received letter dated 04.03.2008 from Home office stating that my application is approved against HSMP Qualifying Criteria under 28 and I scored 65 points or more in six HSMP scoring areas.

please let me know that whether JR will apply to my case as I suffered for 2 years due to case worker's mistake.

Thanks

Since you applied under old rules and have now received approval on basis of those rules itself (65 points), the JR will definitely apply to you as and when your extension is due ... no doubt about it!
