ICT Tier 2 Duration calculation

Hi

My Initial ICT Tier-2 Visa got processed on Apr 2016- IHS paid till Jan-2019, but not travelled. Came to UK in Jul 2018 on Vignette transfer VISA .
Query is – ICT Tier 2 max 5 years duration will be calculated from Apr 2016 or JUL 2018?

Date visa was granted. It is holding ICT visa for 5 years not how long or little you have lived in the UK.
