I hope you will be able to help me here about something I'm a bit confused.
based on: https://www.gov.uk/settled-status-eu-ci ... d-to-apply
I live in the UK since January 2015 which is: 4 years and 7 months. During all this period I worked in permanent jobs since day 1 except 5 months where I was working for my own LTD company and paid SA/company tax. hence I have 5 P60: 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019Proof of continuous residence
To be eligible for settled status, you usually need to have lived in the UK, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man for at least 6 months in any 12 month period for 5 years in a row. You need to provide proof of this when you apply.
based on the quote above, Can I already apply for settlement in the UK although it's not Full 5 years since there could be a gap of 6 months?
