Hi, sorry just need some more advise please

just filling the online form for the 1st spouse visa extension, i am bit confused with some of the question. i am filling in form for my wife, i am the husband (British citizen)

question: your current immigration status?

do i enter spouse/partner leave to enter or d-spouse/cp- spouse/cp of xxxxxx

question: your current permission to be in the uk?

visit, work, study,family eea permit or settlement. do i tick family?

question: who is the other parent?
my son was born in the uk in november 2018, i put my name in and now its asking she should provide proof of address of partner such as utility bill. is that correct

the form is so long and confusing. can someone be kind and help answer those questions please, thanks
