Eligible for claiming child benefit

i currently moved in uk with my 3 eu national kids. but my wife is non eu citizen. me and my children get wlready pre settled status. but my wife already applied resedent permit before one wéek. i have quistion i am eligible for get child benifit or other state benifit like work crefit like this. and if get these benifit no have any bad affrect on mine pre settled status and on my wife status after when we get full settled dtatus. pls advise me thanks all.

Usually you have to wait 3 months and some benefits have a 2 year wait for those moving to the UK on EU rules.

It's been years since the UK gave benefits to EEA citizens as soon as they arrived.

Are there any benefits you can claim fron Belgium while you are looking for work in the UK?

yes you rite sir. i am back to b3lgium for few days but mine childs hoing school in uk since month. and i also wotk there one and half month there. now i just comeback to bring my wife with me thats why i am asking you boss. because i believe when any step put forward with careness. and bewareness.thanks

Did you check what benefits you were claiming in Belgium could be contined to be paid to you by Belgium in the UK?
