Sponsorship licence

Post by mano7878 » Fri Jan 03, 2020 10:02 pm

Hi,
I need help please.

At present i am operating my limited IT company from home . If i want to sponser work permit to employees outside EEA, then i believe first step would be to get a license for sponsership.
To apply for sponsership, do i need to put my office away from home ie into a separate business location ?
If yes, do i need to be there all the time ? I am working on client side so i wont be able to be in my office during working hours.
If i want to sponser to some one already in the UK on ICT visa, then what type of licence i need to apply ?

Restrcicted COS vs Unrestrcicted COS please?
Many thanks
Mano

ICT visa holders are restricted cos and must apply from home country after 12 months cooling off period.

What is the potential job title and salary offered you are looking at to sponsor??

How many employees do you currently have?

Presumably the person you want to sponsor is not a relative?

It can take many months to get a sponsor license and you have to submit substantial evidence on why you need a licence to sponsor someone from outside the UK instead of someone who has ILR or is British or an EU citizen.
