case withdrawal by the Home Office on 17 December before the court hearing date one 24hrs

Post by Daahir » Fri Jul 24, 2020 3:26 am

basically I have applied visa for my wife and my children at December 2018 and get rufusal decision by the home office
How ever the decision was totally wrong as I believe and appealed the rufusal decision just before les then 24hrs my representative received an email on 17 December 2019 from the home office saying that they withdrawn the case
Whie the hearing caout will take place on 18 December 2019 I have received court decision letters saying that the charge is satisfied that they have no good reason and was treated as withdrawal from that date till now I haven't received any information from the home office and what will happen next so its more than 7 months iam really very stressed can someone please help me what will happen next thanks

If I may suggest, make every effort to contact HO. When it comes to appeal and not in HO's favor it is treated as if that's the last thing on their plate to deal with (my opinion).
Get your MP involved to contact HO on your behalf or else an end may not be in sight to your wait.

Get MP involved, they have access to higher ups and do get response within a particular time. Use all available options.

Have you changed any home/correspondence address since last communicating with them?
