A mistake? In my online British citizenship application

Hi all,
My wife completed citizenship online application last night, to realise this morning that she may have made a mistake? Where it says “ what will you use to apply for British citizenship” she entered “indefinite leave to remain under EU settlement Scheme”, which she obtained in January 2020 (8 months ago), this less than 12 months required.
But, she already have a permanent biometric residency card since 2016 (4 years ago), in hindsight we could have used the permanent residency card instead!
We will be providing the permanent residency card in the UKVCAS appointment as one of supporting documents, would that be enough or we need to do something else?

Add a cover letter, correct the mistake and upload along with other documents before biometrics.

BRO THERE IS ONE QUESTION DO U HAVE BRP(BIOMATRIC RESIDENCE PERMENT ) WHAT DID U ANSWER YES OR NO ON ONLINE APPLICATION . WOULD U PLEASE TELL ME WHAT DOCUMENTS u opload for residence requirement? please answer it really appriciate it
