Visiting visa for Parents

Post by sandeepmaturi » Wed Oct 21, 2020 11:25 pm

Hi

I am planning to apply visa for father in law and mother in law. I got my ILR and my wife dependent application is pending with home office due to covid.

I have all the funds in my wife account but she did not have visa status in hand. Can i send all my documents and bank statements of wife to show sufficient funds are available.

Let me know will i have any problems with above option.

Thanks,
Sandeep

In my view, the above shouldn't cause any issue since you both are sponsoring them and you all are related to each other. However, the most important centrepiece in the case would need to be, the demonstration of their (father & mother in law's) social ties with home country such as property, savings, pensions etc. Logically, applying alone where one person is staying in home country considerably increase the chances of success.
The opinion expressed as above is neither a professional advice nor contesting/competing to other member's opinion/advice.
