ILR spouse PBS Dependent

Good Afternoon,

I would like to ask about my spouse ILR.

Main applicant Tier 1 General
Got ILR in 2016

Spouse got visa extension till 2018
She didn't complete 5 years and we have to go for another extension so we got her visa untill March 2022

On her visa it's says PBS DEPENDENT

Now when we apply for ILR which form do we need to use ?
If I go for set (o) form
It does says PBS DEPENDENT can apply but on the next question they ask for

Tier 1 or Global Talent Dependants

Is this the right option do we have to select

As there is no option to select PBS DEPENDENT.

OR IF we have to use another form please advise.

SET(O) is correct. Choose Tier 1 option
