Post by Astonvillan » Tue Jun 07, 2022 3:37 pm

Hi all
Just wanted to ask does the sponsor have to send original or copies of there passport or birth certificates if copies do they have to be stamped by a solicitor.
Also do the bank statements need to be stamped by the bank?
Thank you all

Soft copies, everything is done online. Online copy of bank statement should be fine.

Also for proof of property ownership would a mortgage statement be enough or would I have to get property deeds ?

A mortgage statement will be fine.

You can apply anytime between 28 days from (30 month anniversary) the time she ENTERED the country for the first time, till the day her visa expires. If you apply too early, you'll still get it, but it could eventually fall short of 60 months later on.
No sin in failing, you just have to try and try again!
