Awaiting decision and changing address

Post by neohk » Sun Jan 01, 2023 1:32 pm

Hi everyone
I still haven't got a decision after >9 months (MP chasing up was no use) and I am moving soon
Do I email the further nationality enquiry email address, or would it be a different one to change the address and council for ceremony please?
Thanks

Note that these days most applicants receive their decision by email, but certainly if you move to another council area you need to advise this. There's a link here for an online update of details: https://www.gov.uk/update-uk-visas-immi ... nt-details.
I would also email alerting UKVI of the changes, not sure whether address change automatically triggers change of council.
This is just my opinion as a member of this forum and does not constitute immigration advice.
Please do not send me private messages asking for advice.

Thanks
For the application contacts, there is also one for 'amending application info' that seems to be for correcting wrong application info

ApplyOnlineE-Support@homeoffice.gov.uk.

'Get help if you:

have submitted incorrect information in your online application and you need to change it'

Maybe i'd email both and see which works
