Visa fee waiver contact

Hello,

I have applied for a visa fee waiver from inside the uk. It's been about 7 weeks since my application. I still have not heard anything back. I'm getting nervous on timing to apply for my visa. I can't find any contact information. I called the ukvi number given on gov website, but they couldn't help.
My account says "submitted successfully" and "decision pending".
Any advice on how I can contact them or what I should do?
