Referee declaration validity day

Post by BidoF » Fri Oct 13, 2023 10:15 am

Dear Gurus,

Is it ok that my signed referee declaration forms are 22 days old on the day of applying for naturalisation?

I couldn't find any specific rules about this but it seems it should be ok if its under 1 month old? Can you please confirm?

Np issue - there aren't any rules for this but would suggest a reasonable number of days either side of the application date. 22 days is fine.
This is just my opinion as a member of this forum and does not constitute immigration advice.
