Passport tracker question

Hi guys. My wife recently applied for her irish passport online application.it was posted on monday with rest of documents but nothing is reflecting on the tracker bar showing that they have recieved the documents or not. Its been 3 days,. How long does it take to reflect.on their website Many thanks

Mine updated two days after they had arrived to say received.

It took 5 days to get there from the UK though.

Bit strange, The documents I sent updated the same day it was received. Have you tried contacting them?

Mine updated the day it was received but in the evening. Try checking via webchat?
