I searched at the forum and none of the previous topics related to this matter were responded.

Please if anyone has gone through this situation, help me!

I have a skilled worker visa and have been living in the UK for more than a year. I'll bring my wife and son to the UK. I prepared her application and linked her application to mine with the Unique Application Number (UAN). When I am preparing my son application, there's no option to furnish the UAN, solely the Home Office Reference Number, VAF or GWF. The Home Office Reference is a 8-number while the UAN is a 16 digit.

How can I link my child application to mine, just like a did for my wife?

You have not linked her application to yours if you have had your application decided an in UK over a year already.
There should be a place in child application asking for things like your CoS or sponsor license number.
If none, a simple cover note detailing this, you and wife's GWF number should suffice.
